Please enter your login data.

Username (or Hallesche4u-Login): Customer ID (or Hallesche4u login): Your customer ID begins with „EK“ (e.g. EK12345). You will usually receive this in writing by post. If you are already a Hallesche4u user, you can also use your existing login email address.

Activationcode (or Hallesche4u-password): Activation code (or Hallesche4u password): You will find your activation code in your personal access letter. Alternatively, as a Hallesche4u user, you can also use your login password.

New password: Your password must have a minimum length of ten characters and requires
at least one digit, one uppercase and one lowercase character. The following chars a valid:
- digits: 0-9
- characters: a-z, A-Z
- special characters: all special characters are valid, except hyphen, plus, space or umlauts

Username, Prename or surname are not allowed as a part of the password.

Confirm new password:

Confirmationcode from SMS Or an recovery code. :

Authenticator/TOTP code Or an recovery code. :

Do not ask again When this is a private computer, you can select this option. Then the second factor will not be requested for the next seven days. :

To receive a SMS as a second factor, please press the button below.

To activate your customer access for the first time, enter the username (starts with EK) and the corresponding activation code from your personal letter, you received.

If you have already customized your login data, e. g. in Hallesche4u, you can alternatively enter your stored e-mail address and your personal password.
